The staff was effecient and friendly, but the car drop off experience would have been much nicer had the lot been closer and the area not under construction.

What happened to customer service? Agent lacked directions to get in/out of Albany. Shouldn't they know their own city's highway exits/directions? Significant amount of time and gas spent finding correct exits.

4.due to construction, drop off was confusing. No map was provided nor was the drop explained by staff. Drop your passengers and baggage off first if you can
3. Car was not cleaned and dirty. The windshield was very filmy on interior.
Our experience at Albany was great. From the desk to the two guys who drove us to our vehicle. We will definitely rent from here again
