Brilliant historians, beautiful place, engaging exhibits and artifacts. This is THE best exhibit for life during the time of New Amsterdam, as well as for learning about colonial slavery. Learned a lot about the founding of our nation's history here. Really smart people work there and are a great guide. I actually went back twice.
This is a great connection to the past. There are a lot of practical real life connections to New York's Dutch Colonial history.
