Used to be good not anymore!!! USE ANOTHER CHARTER. We arrived today at 6:33 for a 7:15 pick up in Albany for Boston Aquarium . There was a bus already there and we are like "that can't be it". My husband walked towards the bus to ask and the driver shut the door and drove off. I paid 140.00 for the trip. We sat until 8am!! The next bus we asked if it was it and the lady was rude and said no "Ellis Island". The driver of that bus didn't know how to even lower it. Unprofessional and not courteous at all. Why would the driver come so early?! And shut the door when someone is approaching the bus?! I'm calling the BBB and getting my money back some how!!! I've never had a problem in the past. We arrived almost 45 min early!! I have a pic confirmation of the pick up time handy! It was a Mother's Day trip and now ruined!! Can't even call anyone until 9!! Never again!!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! They got us to our destination 1.5 hours late and left us waiting for our return pickup outside on a cold rainy sidewalk for 3 HOURS with no communication. When contacted, they did not care, just shrugged us off. Rotten bus service, rotten customer service. Stay away at all costs!
My daughter and her friends took the yankee trails to Bronx zoo this morning on 8/12/2017. The bus was late by half hour suppose at 7:30 am but left at 8:00 am. Never on time!!

I CANNOT THANK BLYTHE ENOUGH FOR ALL SHE DID FOR ME. FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S COLLEGE GRADUATION, I PURCHASED TICKETS ON YT TO SEE "PHANTOM OF THE OPERA" IN NYC. THE WEEK BEFORE, IT WAS CANCELED. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND DIDN'T WANT TO DISAPPOINT MY GRANDDAUGHTER. BLYTHE GOT US ON ANOTHER "MY WAY" BUS AND ALSO ARRANGED TO GET THE TICKETS. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HER TO GO OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME. THANK YOU BLYTHE. GEN AND GRANDDAUGHTER GEN
